*For a Flat Fee of $25.00 per address, we can arrange for Rush Delivery to most destinations.  (If we receive your order by 3:00 pm MST Monday-Thursday, you’ll receive your purchase within two business days; orders placed Friday-Sunday will arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday.)  Note: Rush Delivery is not available for some oversized items & for items shipped from the manufacturer. Return Policy:

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any unused Labhead items, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Note: We cannot accept returns of items returned more than 30 days after delivery. We suggest you ship your returns UPS or Parcel Post and insure it. All returns, and subsequent shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. Labhead covers all outgoing freight on exchanges. If a product is defective, send it back to us in a clean condition! We will have the item replaced and/or repaired at our discretion, but always compliant to the manufacturers warranty. If the item has been used, the purchaser must pay for shipping charges back to our warehouse.
